15th International Mirce Symposium

The 15 ^th International Mirce Symposium was held at Woodbury Park as every year.

The main focus was Systems Logistics [and Systems Effectiveness] seen through the LifeCycle Cost approach.

We have chosen to publish on the Soleurope web site a point of view of Alec Campbell, a doctoral researcher at MIRCE Science Akademy, on Logistics Engineering (or Throughlife Management) as a science, from reality understanding to prediction capability.
